ARIZONA BOYS & GIRLS JUNIOR MATCH PLAY

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  DUE TO EXTENSIVE MAINTENANCE TO THE GOLF COURSE, DESERT FOREST GOLF CLUB WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HOST THE TOURNAMENT THIS YEAR. 
PINNACLE PEAK COUNTRY CLUB HAS BEEN VERY GRACIOUS AND WILL HOST THE EVENT THIS YEAR.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
- For invitation criteria, please see page 54 of the 2005 JGAA Handbook
- Invitations will be mailed to the top 16 boys in the state based on their point totals in the Championship Division Player of the Year selection process through the 2005 Boys State Championship.
- Invitations will be mailed to the top 12 girls in the state based on their point totals in the Championship Division Player of the Year selection process through the 2005 Girls State Championship.  4 other spots are available based on other criteria.
- Closing/Refund Deadline date will be noted on the mailed invitation.
- Match times will begin at 7:30 am both days
- Starting times and match information will be available on July 28th at 4:30 pm
- Registration will begin at 6:30 am
- Practice rounds will be available, Friday, July 29 after 1:00 pm
- Morning and afternoon matches - Afternoon matches are for those who advance
- Lunch will be served following the morning matches both days for the players.  Spectators and caddies are welcome to eat with the players but will be asked to pay.
- Gentlemen are not allowed to wear hats inside the clubhouse.
- Pull carts are allowed.
- Caddies are allowed, but all caddies must have been a 2005 JGAA member at least 30 days prior to the event and must abide by the JGAA Dress Code
- This is a Spectator Event.  Please see page 18 of the 2005 JGAA Handbook for guideline information.  All spectators must adhere to the JGAA Dress Code.
