- All application requests must be submitted to the USGA either by phone at (908) 234-2300 or by visiting their website at
www.usga.org.
- The USGA will determine the amount of qualifying spots based on the field size
- This is a Spectator Event please see the spectator policy on page 16 of the 2004 JGAA Handbook.
- NOTE: This tournament is included in the AJGA Performance Based Entry (PBE) system. The qualifiers who participate in the 2005 USGA Girls Junior Amateur Championship will receive 1 Tournament Exemption. Please see the
ajga.org web site for more information on Performance Based Entry.
