IT'S FREE!! OPEN TO ALL 3, 4 AND 5 YEAR-OLDS ONLY

EACH GOLFER WILL RECEIVE A SET OF PLASTIC GOLF CLUBS, BALLS, BAG AND VISOR

DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN CLUBS!!

You and your child, along with a cartoon friend, will learn the basic skills of golf taught by a PGA or LPGA Professional.After the clinic there will be a fun, non-competitive, golf tournament.

AN ADULT CADDIE MUST ACCOMPANY EACH GOLFER.

14 locations and 3 times are offered for your convenience. Space is limited at each session so SIGN UP EARLY! Please indicate your first, second and third time choice on the registration form. A list of accepted entries, clinic times and locations can be viewed at www.jgaa.org and click on ITTY BITTY OPEN. Only right handed plastic club sets available. If you would like to check for an opening AFTER the entry deadline date (January 14th), please call the phone number listed for the specific site. A special contest with prizes will be held at each session for the
BEST DRESSED GOLFER AND CADDIE TEAM

This can be anything old golf style fashion, new golf style fashion, or unique golf fashion, ANYTHING! All winners will receive a congratulatory letter, a trophy, and two tickets for the R.S. Hoyt, Jr. Dream Day Activities at the 2012 Waste Management Phoenix Open (PGA Tour Event). Kids are allowed to attend the R.S. Hoyt, Jr. Dream Day Activities at no charge, so the tickets are for parents or other adults.
